At the same time, the Jordanian Prime Minister Bishr Al-Khasawneh issued a statement requiring the suspension of the work of ministries, official departments, institutions and public bodies for tomorrow, Thursday, due to weather conditions, and according to the statement issued by the Jordanian government, the report excluded institutions that require the nature of their work otherwise.
Meteorologists expected Jordan to witness snowfall today, Wednesday, and tomorrow, Thursday, as the country is exposed to a fourth-degree polar depression, which carries rain and snow over most regions of the Kingdom of Jordan.
Jordanian media reported that the relevant authorities in Jordan warned of the danger of slipping on the roads due to rain and snow and the formation of frost, in addition to the possibility of a decrease in the horizontal visibility due to fog and dust, especially in desert areas.
